About Us
We are a convivial club of people who enjoy the arts.
We stage hundreds of events per year. Concerts, art shows, plays, whiskey tastings, book talks, life-drawing sessions, writing workshops, play readings, film showings, poetry readings—whatever takes people's fancy. Here is a typical month’ s schedule.
Most events involve a meal, and the bar is open all day. Artists are not plutocrats and our prices reflect that.
Our informality does too. We have no dress code and we eat family-style at large tables.

St George's Hall at 14 Elm Street is a landmark in Toronto. The St. George Society built it in 1891 as a settlement house. The Government of Canada has designated it a building of National Historic Significance.
The entire building is accessible.
Member of another Club? We have a list of reciprocal clubs.
Arthur Lismer, from the Group of Seven, was a member and enjoyed sketching fellow club members. We have a gallery of his work.
Where are we?
We are close to theatres, shopping, and the business centre of Toronto. St George’s Hall is two short blocks from the Yonge and Dundas subway stop, and there is discounted Members’ parking nearby.
